The best place to start using any Genealogy.com subscription (including the World Family Tree Diamond Collection), is from your My Online Data Library page.
Search for the right file
From your My Online Data Library page, go to Search the Online Data Library and change the Search in: category to World Family Tree. Enter the name you are looking for and press the Search button. As a current subscriber, you will be able to go directly from the search results to see a description of and download any tree.
If you know which file you want
If you know the World Family Tree Volume and Tree Number, go right to the Volume you are interested in. Start at your My Online Data Library page, click the link to World Family Tree Online, and then navigate to the desired volume and file.
Contact the contributor of a World Family Tree file
You can often learn more about a family tree by contacting the person who contributed that Family File to the World Family Tree. If you wish to get in touch with a contributor, please make note of the Volume Number, Tree Number, and the Order Confirmation Number (displayed at the time of your World Family Tree Online subscription order). With those three numbers you can freely use the World Family Tree Contributor Contact Information Service.
