There is an easy workaround for this. From Family Tree Maker choose to upload just a few individuals to create an InterneTree. Once you see that this has been successfully uploaded and the tree appears on your User Home Page, upload the larger InterneTree. Do not delete the smaller tree before uploading the larger one. When you have one InterneTree, the next one you upload will replace the current one.
